Michael T. Papa, CSA
Mr. Papa has been helping pre-retirees and retirees to protect their assets and invest wisely for over 30 years.  His practice focuses on helping his clients protect their principal and insure that their money lasts a lifetime.  Mr. Papa has trained under two of the nations leading IRA planning experts.  He has achieved numerous industry awards for helping retirees.  He has been asked to speak to many associations and organizations to provide education into IRA planning.  His informative educational programs have shown people how to cut their taxes, reduce taxes on Social Security and most importantly, how to keep the Government out as a partner in their IRA.  He lives in Livingston, NJ with his wife Jean and has 4 children and 4 grandchildren.

John Papa
John graduated with a  Bachelor's Degree from The College of New Jersey in
1986 and has been in the Financial Services field for over 22 years.  The last 10 years his focus has been on helping pre-retiree's and retirees to protect their assets.  He has also trained under two of the leading IRA planning experts and specializes in IRA Distribution planning for his clients.  He has spoken before many organizations and has given many educational programs to show people how to reduce taxes, properly distribute their IRA's, Long Term Care solutions and Estate Planning.  He works with many of the leading CPA's and Estate Planning Attorney's in New Jersey providing expertise on those topics with their clients.  He lives in Whippany, NJ with his wife, Debby and two children, Alyssa and Luke.

Susan Behrens
Susan joined Diversified Planning Strategies in 2005 and has over 15 years of experience working for financial advisors and their clients.  She coordinates and schedules all of the educational programs that is given by Diversified Planning Strategies.  She has a wealth of knowledge in the customer service field with specific experience in the Financial Planning area.  She has an Associates degree from Union County College. She is married to her husbanb Johann, and has two children Kristof and Sofia and live in Montville, NJ.

Debby Papa
Debby has recently joined Diversified Planning Strategies as the scheduling and new business coordinator.  She graduated from St. Peter's College with a degree in Accounting.  She brings a vast knowledge of business strategies and will handle all of the day to day operations of Diversified Planning Strategies.
